New Build House Wicklow 2015. The brief was to create a compact 120sq.m efficient house on a very tight budget that made the most of the site and aspect but was quiet and respectful of the special surroundings. Simple durable finishes and materials were specified and the mezzanine level allowed a degree of future adaptability.
